Overview
The Redstone 26 is a compact built-in electric fireplace insert designed to slide into an existing zero-clearance fireplace opening or install into a wall with at least 10 inches of depth. It gives a traditional fireplace look without gas lines, venting, or combustion.
Flame Presentation
Hybrid-FX flame technology uses high-intensity RGB LED lighting and reflective surfaces for a layered flame effect, with independent control over 10 flame colors, 10 ember bed colors, and 10 downlight colors. Flames run independently from the heater for year-round use without warmth.
Heating
At its highest setting the heater produces 5,000 BTU, enough to warm a room of roughly 400 square feet. A thermostat holds a set temperature between 68°F and 88°F across two heat settings, 1465W on high and 750W on low. Since the unit produces no upward heat, it can be installed safely beneath a television.
Installation
The Redstone 26 installs as a built-in or flush-mount insert and requires no venting. It can be plugged into a standard outlet or hardwired for a cleaner look, with step-by-step instructions included for DIY setup.
Controls
Touch button controls and a handheld remote adjust flame color, ember bed lighting, downlighting, heat level, and the sleep timer, which can be set from 30 minutes to 8 hours.
