FireVendor is required to collect sales tax in states where we have a legal obligation to do so, either due to physical presence or economic nexus laws. As a Texas-based business, sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Texas addresses in accordance with Texas sales tax law.

At this time, orders shipping outside of Texas will not incur any sales tax.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

If you are a tax-exempt organization or reseller, please contact sales@firevendor.com with a valid exemption certificate prior to placing your order. Exemptions cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
