It started with a room that felt cold. Not temperature-wise. There was just nothing that encouraged one to sit and spend time in it.

However, a fireplace changed everything. Not just because it heated the space. But because it brought life to the wall. Something about a living room with a fireplace attracts. People stay awhile, and a living space that was once cold becomes warm and inviting.

That is what we aim for in FireVendor. We believe that with just one piece of equipment placed on the wall, one can turn the room people go through into a place they want to sit.

Electric fireplaces are all we do.

FireVendor sells only electric fireplaces. Our whole portfolio consists of only this type of fireplace.

We do not sell patio furniture, ceiling fans, or any grills. The more types of products a store offers, the less the expertise it has for every single one of them. Concentrating only on one category of fireplaces allows us to have all necessary information to choose the most appropriate linear unit (natural or artificial) for our customers, which insert will be suitable for a 30 years old brick firebox without any modifications, which 3-sided unit can be placed near the partition wall not overheating the frame, and which brands stopped producing some models six months ago, but still allow dealers to sell this equipment.

FireVendor is an authorized dealer. We have direct contracts with the manufacturers of the fireplaces we offer. The units are designed and produced by the manufacturers. We answer your questions, recommend you the best solution, provide the lowest possible factory-direct price, and organize shipment from the manufacturer directly to you.

Being an authorized dealer, we provide a full manufacturer warranty for each of the units. No gray-market goods and no problems with warranties.

We are a small and family-owned company in Texas, and we answer our phones ourselves.

If you call our support service (469) 966-2464 with the question about the proper size of the Landscape Pro (56-inch or 68-inch) for your wall, you will talk to somebody who knows our products very well, not a call center agent or a chatbot.

The same after your purchase – the same person will help you with all your questions regarding shipping, delivery, etc., not the phone menu or the e-mail address you have to wait for.

There are many online fireplace retailers. Some have a catalog ten times bigger than ours. They are great in what they do, but they are not specialists in electric fireplaces. They offer thousands of different products. We specialize only in one category.

What we build
