Overview
The Opti-Myst Pro 1000 is a 46-inch built-in water vapor firebox designed for custom wall installations, installable as a single-sided unit or converted to a see-through design by removing the included backer panel.
How It Works
Ultrasonic technology turns water into a fine mist, and light reflecting off the rising vapor creates a three-dimensional flame and smoke effect with no real combustion. Included spacers and slots allow the flame width and pattern to be customized. An integrated crackling sound effect adds to the presentation.
Water Supply
A refillable water tank provides roughly 8 to 12 hours of continuous flame per fill. For longer or unattended use, an optional plumbing kit connects the unit to a continuous water supply instead of manual refilling.
Heating
A fan-forced heater is rated at 4,981 BTU (120V, 1460W), warming a space of up to approximately 400 square feet. Even with the backer panel removed for see-through use, the heater continues to warm one side of the installation.
Installation
The firebox mounts with brackets and screws for a hardwired, built-in installation, with no venting required. Converting to a see-through design requires the optional rear glass pane, sold separately.
Controls
The included remote adjusts flame intensity and heat settings.
