Overview
The 39-Inch Standard Built-In Firebox brings back the look of a traditional fireplace with a faux brick interior, without the upkeep of a wood-burning unit.
Flame Presentation
Patented flame technology creates depth and movement in the display, with hand-molded, individually painted logs that glow and pulse for a realistic look.
Heating
A Purifire Air Treatment System helps clean room air while providing supplemental heat. Wired to 120V, the heater is rated at 4,915 BTU; wired to 240V, output increases to 9,222 BTU for primary heating in larger spaces, covering up to approximately 400 square feet. Flames can run independently of the heater for year-round use without warmth.
Installation
The firebox is designed to be hardwired, with an optional plug kit sold separately for 120V use. No venting or gas line is required. Built-in manual switches control main power and heat, and the unit can also be wired to separate wall switches for flame and Purifire operation, with an optional wall thermostat for heat control.
Controls
Standard operation uses built-in on/off switches, with an optional 3-stage remote control kit and wall thermostat available for added convenience.
